 Route 62 Transportation and Land Use Study - Warren County - The study for PennDOT District 1-0 examined the existing transportation system and land use for the U.S. Route 62 corridor between Warren and the New York state line. Mr., Piccolomini managed the overall project staff, subconsultants and budget and supervised engineering work. The study involved close coordination with local stakeholders and the public in Warren and two adjacent townships. The final study document provided to PennDOT and local officials included an Action Plan for a number of transportation and land use/growth management strategies that could be used to manage traffic growth in the corridor. The scope and nature of the Route 62 study is very similar to the US 6N proposal.
