Intersection Improvement - Erie County - The project included studying several reconfiguration options, including a roundabout, to improve a five-leg intersection in the City of Erie (Pine Ave., Parade Street - both S.R. 0008, Old French Road - S.R. 0197, and two legs of East 28th Street). Ultimately, a traditional signalized intersection concept was selected and advanced to final design. A comprehensive S.U.E. program was completed to identify underground utilities to facilitate the drainage design.
